CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can change or cancel your order at any time if it has not yet been dispatched or is currently on backorder. We aim to provide all refunds within 5-7 working days from the day we have received your cancellation request. If the order has been shipped, we will provide a refund once we’ve received the entire return shipment. CAN I RIDE A RADINN JETBOARD IN SALT WATER?
Yes, you can absolutely ride in salt water, but you should always rinse the entire board with fresh water after to remove the salt residue. Included in our Complete Jetboard Package is a Radinn water bottle to help you rinse the jetboard clean.
CAN I RIDE AN ELECTRIC SURFBOARD WITHOUT WAVES?
Yes. Our boards eliminate traditional surfing obstacles, so you do not need waves to ride them.
CAN I TRY A BOARD BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, you can! We have an extensive number of dealers at various locations that offer test rides of our jetboards. Click here to find your nearest location and discover the thrill of a Radinn ride.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
We offer a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects to customers in the EU and a one-year warranty to customers outside the EU. Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. The warranty period starts from the day you received your product. WHAT IS THE WEIGHT OF THE RADINN JETBOARD?
It depends on the model of the board. Our boards’ weights, exclusive of their jetpacks and batteries, are as follows: Explore – 15,45kg/34lbs, Freeride – 11,8kg/26lbs, Carve – 8,9kg/19,5lbs. Note that the jetpacks each weigh 12kg/26lbs and the batteries each weigh 23kg/50lbs.
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE IM STAYING SAFE WHILE RIDING THE JETBOARD?
We strongly recommend that all jetboard riders wear a helmet and an impact vest when riding. Be sure to also always check the rules and regulations of the country in which you plan to ride.
HOW DO ELECTRIC SURFBOARDS WORK?
An electrical surfboard works via a motor that sends water through a nozzle at the back of the board, providing enough thrust to move the board forward. The motor is powered by a lithium-ion battery pack, which has enough capacity to provide a running time of 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your style and other various riding conditions. The electric motor is steered by a hand remote with an easy-to-use thumb throttle that allows the motor to run at your desired speed with complete control.
HOW DO I CONTROL MY RIDING SPEED?
Your riding speed is controlled with the wireless remote, which allows you to adjust the speed and acceleration of your jetboard with smooth and precise control. You accelerate by pressing the throttle, and slow down by reducing pressure. To avoid falling while trying to master riding the board, it is important to increase and decrease the throttle gradually.
HOW DO I PURCHASE AN UPGRADE FOR MY BOARD?
The first thing you need to do is purchase the software upgrade kit from our website. Once you have completed your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Next, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email letting you know your dry bag (if you purchased a battery upgrade) or your nozzle (if you purchased a jetpack upgrade) has been shipped. This email will also contain your upgrade code which you can redeem in the Radinn App.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY BOARD?
Always clean your board with fresh water after riding, keep the connector in a safe area, and store your board in a dry location.
HOW DO I TURN ON MY BOARD?
Always make sure your assembly and battery insertion take place in a dry area. Carefully insert the battery into the compartment and close the quarter-turn locks on both sides. Fasten the leash around your ankle securely and attach the magnet to the backside of the board. Proceed to connect your board to the hand remote. Next, press the throttle down for a few seconds until the LEDs light up. Once a connection is established, the LEDs will stop flashing. You can now take your board into the water to ride.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
The arrival time of your package will depend on the courier service. We always strive to provide a good delivery experience and ensure your products are handled properly in transit. When tracking your shipment, the Tracking Details page will indicate the estimated date of delivery. Note that due to COVID 19, delivery times have been extended and may take longer than usual.
Your order may also incur import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authorities and payment of these fees goes right to them. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
HOW LONG IS A RADINN ELECTRIC SURFBOARD RIDE?
We offer two types of battery range: Standard and Extended with estimated ride time of about 30, and 45 minutes respectively. Note that riding times will always vary and depend on the riding style, the rider’s weight, the battery pack’s level of charge, and the air and water temperature. If you go at top speed and really explore the performance of the board, you’ll have a shorter riding time. If you cruise at a more moderate speed, you’ll be riding for longer. Note that, while these are common factors, they are not a guarantee of effective riding time.

I RECEIVED A PACKAGE BUT IT’S NOT COMPLETE. WHAT DO I DO?
It’s possible that your products have been sent in separate packages. If you do not receive your complete order, first contact the courier service that delivered your package. If they can’t track the additional packages, contact us at hello@onaqua.eu
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THE RADINN ELECTRIC SURFBOARD?
Our electric surfboards are truly for all ages and abilities—whether you’re sixteen, seventy, or anywhere in between. It is important that you know how to swim, are in reasonable physical shape, and don’t have any hip, knee, ankle, foot, or back issues. It’s also important that your body weight does not exceed the maximum weight our boards can carry.
WATER GOT INTO THE CONNECTOR OF THE BOARD/ THE BATTERY. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Do NOT connect the battery to the board. Instead, allow it to dry for a couple of hours. To prevent this from happening, always make sure you store the board in dry conditions and assemble/disassemble the board away from the water.
WHAT ARE THE WEIGHT LIMITS FOR RIDING THE RADINN JETBOARD?
The maximum weight for our jetboards varies depending on the model. The Explore and Freeride jetboards can carry up to 130kg / 285 lbs, while the maximum weight limit for The Carve jetboard is slightly lower (100kg / 242lbs) due to its reduced buoyancy.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DISCOUNT CODE IF I RETURN MY ORDER OR IF (PARTS OF) MY ORDER ARE CANCELED?

WHAT IS A JET SURFBOARD?
A jet surfboard is essentially a surfboard with an engine that is powered by an electric battery.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE?
Our complete jetboard package consists of one board model, one jetpack, and one battery. For every complete board, you’ll also receive a charger, one pair of fins, a wireless hand remote, and a board leash—everything you need to make the most out of your ride.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE BATTERY CHARGING TIME?
With our regular charger the average battery charging time is 8 hours. With our speed charger, it is 3 hours.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET?

WHERE CAN I RIDE THE JETBOARD?
In most countries, you can ride jetboards in any body of water as long as you follow the local rules and regulations. Please check with your local authorities for areas that are restricted and always respect the no-wake zones (e.g. in port areas). Be especially careful in areas with a lot of boat traffic and always be respectful when swimmers are around.
WHY ARE JETBOARDS SO EXPENSIVE?
Our jetboards are manufactured with expensive materials, including powerful motors, lithium-ion batteries, and durable carbon bodies. Additionally, each jetboard component is packed with the latest cutting-edge technology that allows our customers to secure performance upgrades and firmware updates. Development of a new jetboard model takes up to 12 months. To justify the cost of production, we sell our jetboards at the current price point.
CAN I CHANGE OUT MY JETPACK, BATTERY, AND ACCESSORIES?
Our boards have a modular design which means that you can easily replace your jetpack, battery, and accessories (leash, remote, charger, handles, board bag) at any time.
CAN I RIDE AN ELECTRIC SURFBOARD WITH WAVES?
Our Carve jetboard is specifically designed to ride through waves. For our other models, wave and wake-riding is possible and makes the experience more challenging. Our Explore and Freeride jetboards, however, unfold their true magic in smooth waters when the rider can take full control of the board’s speed and agile movements.
CAN I SURF BEHIND A BOAT?
No, riding behind a boat is very unsafe. It is important to never ride behind a boat for the safety of of your jetboard and yourself.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
It’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. We only accept returns if the seal on the delivery package is not open and you have not tried the board. DO YOU SELL MOTORIZED SURFBOARDS?
Radinn has been manufacturing motorized surfboards since 2013 and our models have been extremely popular in the motorized surfboard industry since our inception. Radinn makes motorized surfboards for every age and athletic ability—our models are designed to fit beginners as well as more experienced riders.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER OR DELIVERY STATUS?
Your shipment confirmation email will contain all tracking number(s), relevant links, and the name of the courier service. If your order is delivered in several packages, then each package will have its own tracking email with separate information.
HOW CAN I MONITOR MY BATTERY USAGE
You monitor your battery usage via the wireless hand remote. The LEDs on the remote indicate your battery level and you will get a signal when it’s running low and you need to head back to shore.
HOW DO I CHARGE MY BATTERY?
You have the option to choose between an EU or a US plug when purchasing the board and can charge the battery in any 220V / 110V outlet. It is important when you charge that the charging area is dry. If multiple appliances are running on the same fuse, make sure that it can bear an additional 2,000 Watts of energy. Further details about batteries and charging can be found in our User Guide.
HOW DO I DISPOSE OF NON-WORKING BOARDS/JETPACKS/BATTERIES?
It is important to always follow your local recycling regulations when disposing of your jetboard and its hardware. If you need to dispose of the board battery, be sure to also do so in accordance of the laws and regulations in your region. Some batteries may be accepted for disposal at your local recycling center. If you are not able to identify the applicable rules in your area, please check with your local recycling center.
HOW DO I KNOW MY REFUND WAS PROCESSED?
We will send you a confirmation email once your refund is processed. We aim to provide refunds within 5-7 working days from the day we have received your cancellation request.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
If we have not yet shipped your order, you can request a refund. All refund requests are handled via email. Please reach out to us sales@radinn.com. If we have shipped out your order, we can only issue a refund when we have received and examined the returned shipment (you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost). HOW DO YOU USE THE RADINN APP?
Our mobile app has many features. In addition to activating the board, you can upgrade your performance settings, customize your jetpack speeds, and analyze your rides. Note that in order to download your latest rides, the battery needs to be disconnected and reconnected for the system to finalize and compile the new logs.
HOW FAST DO ELECTRIC SURFBOARDS GO?
The maximum speed registered on our electric surfboards is 35 mph (56km/h). Radinn offers two types of performance options— Standard and Pro. Our Standard speed reaches up to 25 mph (40km/h) and our Pro speed reaches up to 35 mph (56km/h). It’s also important to note that the speed can be affected by the rider’s weight, riding style and the weather and battery conditions.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER GETS SHIPPED?
I’ll take us no longer than 72 hours to dispatch your order if we have it on stock. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays, nor are they delivered during holidays. Note that if you’re in the UAE, deliveries can be made on the weekends.
Since we can sometimes sell out quickly, we’ll allow you to make your purchase before it’s ready to ship so we can ensure you’ll be next in line when the product is back in stock. It’s important that we ship all items in your order at the same time, so if some items in your order are out of stock, your order will not be shipped until they are all back in stock at our warehouse.
HOW MANY PACKAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
If you ordered the complete jetboard kit you will receive one package of two boxes sealed together. One box contains the battery and the other box contains the board and accessories. If you ordered additional accessories with your board, you will receive an extra package with the accessories.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN A PRODUCT/PRODUCTS?
You are responsible for covering the shipping cost of the return—the cost will depend on your location and the weight of the package.

IS IT DIFFICULT TO RIDE A RADINN ELECTRIC SURFBOARD?
No, electric surfboards are actually very easy to ride! You just need a little practice, which is typical for most water sports activities. Our tip for beginners is to start lying down flat, which will enable you to get the surf-like feel. Speed and acceleration will always work in your favor as they’ll help you plane—acceleration stabilizes the jetboard, so once you start going faster, you’ll slowly be able to stand up. Most of our riders can stand up on our electric boards within 30 minutes of trying them for the first time.

WHAT ARE THE OPTIMAL WATER CONDITIONS FOR RIDING THE JETBOARD?
Our jetboards perform best in relatively calm waters where they can reach speeds of up to 56kmh/35mph. Increased resistance caused by waves and wind can be a fun challenge, but such water conditions do hinder the ability to reach max speed. For beginners, we recommend starting in smooth water conditions to get accustomed to controlling the board and keeping the balance.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, paypal, and wire transfers.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I FALL OFF THE BOARD WHILE RIDING?
You get only wet! Our boards are designed with a safety strap that velcros around your ankle and attaches to the board via a magnetic kill switch. Should you fall off while riding, the strap will disconnect and the board will turn off automatically. When you reattach the leash, the hand control reconnects to the board will allows you to continue your adventure.

WHAT IS JET SURFING?
Jet surfing is a watersport that uses a jetboard, which is essentially a motorized surfboard. Jet surfing with a motorized surfboard allows you to surf the waters without waves. Jet surfing is a great watersport for lakes, ponds, rivers, and of course, the ocean.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM SPEED OF THE JET BOARD?
The maximum speed of the jetboard will depend on the performance level of your jetpack. Our Standard jetpack can reach up to 44 kmh / 27 mph and our Pro jetpack can reach up to 52 kmh / 32 mph. Note that your speed and acceleration will always depend on the weather conditions, the water temperature, the battery pack’s level of charge, and the rider’s weight.
While these are common factors, they are not a guarantee of effective speed and acceleration.

In some cases, we can perform remote diagnostics via the Radinn App. Our jetboards are also fully modular so there is rarely a need to ship the full board setup back when it comes to maintenance. If you’re experiencing any kind of trouble with the jetpack, for example, you can unscrew the pack yourself within minutes and we can send a replacement.

WHICH JETBOARD SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Each of our jetboards has their unique advantages. The Explore is best used on flat, open bodies of water. This jetboard is perfect for going on long rides exploring the nature around you. The Freeride is our ultimate, all-purpose product. This jetboard holds the perfect balance between agility and stability, and can slice through slice through waves and choppy waters. The Carve takes longer to master for those unfamiliar with board sports, but offers a unique turning style and trick capabilities. This jetboard is also great through choppy waters— it is designed to carve through waves and responds readily when riders initiate a turn.
