Mistral Jive is a high-performance inflatable windsurfing board which models itself on the old school Malibu boards. It is the longest model out of Mistrals windsurf collection. Because of its size, the board is the most effective in low/medium winds. This model is equipped with adjustable foot straps that facilitate planing and wave riding. Although the board is inflatable it is as stiff and durable as regular hard shell equivalents. The board’s rigidity is guaranteed by using the Twin Air Technology which incorporates two narrow air chambers, one on each side of the board. By switching up the chamber layout, Mistral managed to create a much stiffer and safer construction. Additionally, thanks to a special woven-drop stitched material, the board is extremely lightweight. The Jive embraces the old school and makes the best of it by offering a high-performance board with a unique shape.
