The Viking Challenger Climber has 3 levels of inclination, simulating either the elliptical movement, or the moderate, or the intense mountaineering, so that we can choose each time the type and intensity of the exercise we want, making the burning of calories fun!
Ability to adjust the height of the machine in 3 levels:
- At the standard height of elliptical exercise for cardiorespiratory improvement and calorie burning.
- At the height of moderate mountaineering to increase the intensity and burning of the exercise.
- At the height of intense mountaineering (imitation of climbing a steep slope) for really very intense but at the same time fun exercise with great calorie burning and intense activation of the muscles of the legs and buttocks.
